They phoned me to say they couldn’t come out that day and sent me a reminder before they did come out .Jack arrived was very pleasant and stripped my dishwasher down and explained that it needed a new motor and looked up prices and explained that it would be better to buy a new one He kept everything clean as he worked.

Got it touch with NAC to get my fridge freezer doors reversed. They were friendly and helpful, and arranged an engineer to come out to me. Everything was sorted the same day. Very happy

The person who came to check our fridge was excellent. He was friendly and efficient and explained things to us clearly. Sadly, our appliance would cost too much to repair and we’d be better off putting the money for parts into buying a replacement. He gave us lots of useful information to help us choose a new fridge.

Great service. Matthew the engineer came out the next day. He had to call back a couple of days later but resolved the issue with our cooker. A very efficient service. I was informed my email and text of updates and timings. Very polite. Highly recommend!
