I made enquiries with NAC to see if it was possible for someone to provide an independent engineer’s report in relation to a Section 75 claim.
I was informed an engineer would telephone me later that day. Steve Clark contacted me the same day and provided a time he would visit the next day.
Steve was both punctual and polite. He asked relevant questions and inspected the faulty heat pump dryer. He then made a knowledgeable assessment of the dryer and informed me he would provide a written report by the end of the day … which he did!
Steve was also very accommodating when he was asked for further information by the Section 75 team.
I have no hesitation in recommending Steve and would certainly use his skills and experience in future.

Full marks to Robert Hill. He is pleasant and helpful which is very important. More importantly, he diagnosed the fault quite quickly.
My not very old Samsung washing machine needed a new lock.
The only nuisance was that it had to be ordered and I had to wait over a week for it to be fitted with piles of washing building up.
Robert tested the repair and all seemed well. Calamity, however, as the machine flooded the utility floor when I put the machine on for the first time.
When I phoned NAC, I was given a date at the end of the following week. I protested and accepted it only because I had no other option and felt very frustrated, thinking that the national company was probably more interested in new business than in fixing issues.
However, NAC came back s few minutes later with an appointment that day. Robert fixed the problem in seconds.He is certainly an asset to the company.
