I’ve been Googling and reaching out everywhere I know to find an engineer to repair my American Style fridge freezer and found this site that covers my area. Halaluya!!
Once I started the booking process it was very simple to answer the relevant questions they required to assess their ability to repair my fridge. At least that’s how it felt. Very Smooth!
This review is purely for the booking process which I found to b very easy and the real test is the nxt bit “The Repair” nxt Tuesday.

The company were very prompt in responding to my request to send an engineer to have a look at an oven that had stopped heating up the week before Christmas. Within two days of assessing the problem a new part was ordered and fitted and Christmas dinner was saved. As well as being very efficient the engineer’s communication skills were exemplary.

I called them, they came out 2 days later. The washing machine was not making the noise I heard. They checked it all any way.
2nd washs in, the noise was back. They came straight back out and found that rattling coin.

Very helpful throughout and did great job.
