Experienced technician who got the machine working and assessed the long term issue. He did not push the expensive fix when economically its better to replace when the issue returns due to age of appliance.

All went exactly as I was told it would go. The technician arrived when he said he would, which has been a major failing of some service providers I have used recently. I had reassuring texts and emails to confirm his plans, including a very useful message to let me know he was on his way. The repair was made quickly and efficiently. The technician was friendly, listened, then gave me the information I needed to decide what to do. This was a very positive experience. I highly recommend NAC.

Engineer Daniel arrived punctually. Diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher (which was down to a mistake by us) and explained what we needed to do to prevent it happening again. Haven’t yet run the machine, but all the indications from the trial run Daniel did with the machine empty are that the problem has been solved. Daniel then checked one or two other general points on the machine, in particular the electrical aspect, and improved the (amateur) wiring of the plug.
