The whole experience was excellent. The booking for the engineer was handled quickly, politely and efficiently. The engineer came on time, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He then returned a week later to fit the part and my tumble dryer now works brilliantly. Top marks for service all round.

We were so impressed with the service we received. Frank called and was able to fit us in just before Christmas. It was such a relief as we had 10 due for lunch and an oven that decided to break down! Frank was so professional and immediately identified the problem. He had the spare part we needed and the whole job was completed there and then. We can’t thank him enough.
