Easy to book an engineer visit appointment to look at our malfunctioning dishwasher. Excellent communication regarding who would be visiting us and when.
The engineer, Stefan Holub, was friendly and efficient. He identified the problem and explained it clearly. He told me what would happen next as he had to order a spare part. Very straightforward to agree the purchase of the spare part. A week later Stephan cam back and fitted the replacement part. Very professional throughout.
