Really easy to book through the website- everything was clear, simple and straightforward to navigate. As someone with ADHD, being able to book online without having to make a phone call made a huge difference. It removed a barrier straight away.
Communication was excellent throughout. I was kept fully up to date with appointment times, and when a part needed ordering, arranging the follow-up visit was smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated the simple Y/N text confirmation the day before the fitting – quick, clear and no unnecessary back and forth. That kind of communication style is genuinely helpful if you struggle with executive function.
The engineer was polite, respectful and friendly. He explained everything clearly without confusing jargon, which I really valued.
Once the part arrived, the repair was completed smoothly. The whole experience felt organised, calm and easy to manage.
Would definitely recommend – especially for anyone who finds admin or booking processes overwhelming. I would absolutely use them again.
