The engineer from Toucan appliances arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem (Worn out brushes) and replaced them from the stock he carried on his van. Total repair time about 30 minutes. As the machine is about 16 years old I was worried that it might be beyond economic repair, but all was well. Many thanks to NAC & Toucan for a very satisfactory outcome.

I had a fault with my fridge. NAC sent out an engineer the following day. Engineer came around and checked the issue. He needed to order a part and advised would be I touch soon as the part was received. As promised he got in touch and arrange to come out a couple of days later. When he fame around the part was fitted and fridge is working again. I was pleased with the service both from the call centre and the engineer who came around.

The communication was good with phones answered promptly and text messages confirming visits. Engineer immediately located the problem and ordered a part promptly. However, be mindful that the parts are an additional cost. I had not found that clear from the marketing but it was one call out fee for 2 visits plus the part so reasonable value.
