It was easy to book an appointment, the pricing was all explained up front with no hidden charges.The engineer that came out(George) was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Communication was great, providing time slots for the repair. Great service .
Next day service, arrived on time. Engineer was pleasant, personable and completed work efficiently and quickly without need for spare parts.

We were extremely pleased with the service received. Wayne the engineer repaired and serviced our dishwasher which was fantastic as we had anticipated having to buy a replacement, he also gave us good advice regarding the washing machine.

Fixed my washing machine in one visit!
I have used NAC before but unfortunatly my old SMEG fridge needed a new seal which cannot be fitted separately, but they at least diagnosed the issue (leaky seal). This time my washing machine pump stopped working. I only had to pay the one off call out fee (which would also have included the labour if they had to come back and fit a new part – you just pay for the part on top of the call out fee already paid). This time there was something stuck in the pump. Washing machine working again! Thank you, would use again (but hopefully won’t need to, fingers crossed).
Gary arrived well within the time slot given, I was impressed with the excellent communication keeping me up to date throughout the process. Gary was very friendly and helpful and the problem was quickly identified and rectified with no need for a further visit, parts or expense. Very happy indeed and will be using NAC if I have any future issues with my appliances.
