Very helpful and clear response to my enquiry giving call out charge and a two day lead time for the call out to be confirmed with the engineer with a possible earlier call out should the engineers work load allow it.

Quickly connect engineer, good communication
My dishwasher developed a water leak from a faulty lower door seal , I went online and discovered NACrepair .I made contact by telephone and spoke with a very efficient lady who arranged for a service engineer to contact me , this was undertaken just a few hours later .
Wayne came to inspect the dishwasher subsequently advised he would order a new replacement seal which took a few days to arrive from the supplier ( not through any fault of NAC or Wayne )has now been fitted and is no longer leaking.
I will definitely use NAC services again should the need arise.

I contacted NAĆ about a problem with my washing machine. An engineer arrived within the hour and identified the problem with turned out to be a burned out socket. He did a tempory fix which enabled me to do my laundry until I could contact an electrician.
