The communication was good with phones answered promptly and text messages confirming visits. Engineer immediately located the problem and ordered a part promptly. However, be mindful that the parts are an additional cost. I had not found that clear from the marketing but it was one call out fee for 2 visits plus the part so reasonable value.
I arranged this for my elderly mother’s fridge freezer that was leaking. The engineer that turned up was really polite and knew exactly what to do and advised on another issue that helped as well. M

I have a 20 year old Neff oven that needed attention:- new grill, new seal etc. The communication of NAC is top class. They are very efficient in keeping you informed of what’s happening and very reliable. You know where you stand with charges and appointments. Repairs were first class I would definitely use them agsin.
