The company attended very quickly to assess the problem and also gave the appliance a full health check, this brought up other issues that would have caused further issues over the next six to twelve months, they recommended that we have all of the works done as two of the issues with our NEFF double oven would have blown the power circuit again just like the current one, all works carried out to a very good standard by Casey.

Really helpful and honest. Saved us from having to pay out for a new expensive fridge freezer just after Christmas by being able to repair the fridge freezer. The engineer was very honest before making the repair to advise it was a temporary fix, which was appreciated.

I was a little apprehensive at first as everything was completed online. However, I needn’t have worried, as communication regarding visit date and time were great. I received information the day before with an expected time slot and on the day to say when the engineer were on their way.
Nick the engineer was great, we had both thermostats replaced in our double oven. One thermostat we had already purchased which was fitted on the first visit. We ordered the second thermostat which Nick brought with him on the second visit.
Very slick, extremely well organised, I would thoroughly recommend NAC, and I will definately use them again should the need arise.
