I was informed that I was first on the list and Nathan arrived at 8.00am. He quickly identified the problem and sorted it. He also gave me advice on caring for the dishwasher.
The Engineer who attended obviously knew his stuff. Was very quick and clean in dismantling the cooker and gave clear balanced advice on the way forward.

The engineer arrived on time and was very efficient. He diagnosed the fault and had the spare part on his van. He replaced the faulty fan motor and cleared away leaving the kitchen as he had found it. Very pleased.
I was fed up with searching for someone to fix the cooker. All sorts of prices, conditions and extras. This company was very likely going to be it.
Then NAC said they could send someone with a complete price and no extras. They gave me his number and I spoke to him and he said he would come next day.
I can honestly say that this guys knowledge and experience was first class. We asked him so many questions about another appliance. By the time he left we wished there was a way we could put him in a bottle and save him.
