The fault was identified systematically and explained very clearly. Advice was given and that any further issues would be dealt with promptly. Messaged and a prompt arrival.
I took the door off my oven to clean it and couldn’t get it back on! So had to call for help.
The engineer was able to come within 2 hours. He sorted it, was very friendly and helpful.
Excellent service from start to finish. Our tumble dryer was leaving black marks and ruining our laundry. Booking an appointment was professional and easy and an engineer came quickly. He diagnosed the problem, had the part ordered and was back to fix it in good time.
