Oven problems. Quickly diagnosed the problem, got the spare part and fixed it within a few minutes. All while petting my cat and being friendly. Efficient service, was expecting it to be more pricey but it wasn’t really either

Repairer contacted me day prior and came and fixed appliance. Unfortunately he could not get me a new appliance and fit it as they only repair. Call out was £98 and it was found their was debris in the gas know which was stopping it from turning. It was cleaned out and degreased but no replacement part was provided as I was told appliance was old and part wasn’t available
