We were very pleased with service that we received both from our initial call with Yvonne and then our arrangement with the engineer. (Max?)He came out a day later to resolve a problem with our fridge freezer. He arrived at the time he stipulated and was tidy and efficient. Tried another national company who were suddenly cold calling me and sending me emails. Don’t like that . Recommend NAC.

Admin process was easy, turned up when they said they would did the job professionally and the price was extremely reasonable, woukd definitely use again in the future and come highly recommended.
I was really pleased I had my dryer fixed as it was much cheaper than buying a new one when all that was wrong was the capacitor 🙂🙂

Easy to book an appointment at time that suited. Engineer contacted me first thing on day with time slot, and arrived as promised after first calling to say on way. Dealt with issue with washing machine efficiently, gave me a full report on the problem and left the machine in working order. Can’t fault the service provided.
