Nathan called and was on time , he diagnosed the problem with my Meile washing machine. He said the parts needed to be ordered . He came back the following week with the parts and repaired my washer. Nathan was polite and a clean worker. I would use NAC again.

Dishwasher fault – NAC Offered a same day service but gave availability the next day which I chose. Engineer texted to confirm appointment and arrived on time. Engineer also took the time to explain why fault occurred and dealt with the fault quickly.
