My American Fridge Freezer was fixed on the third day as a part needed to be ordered. Had a leak in a Miele washer dryer meaning clothing being washed couled not be taken from the drum. Miele wanted close to £300 to come out, hence i spoke to NAC who offered a call out charge of just £85.

The engineer Shane was excellent in spite of a couple of issues which made the repair job a little more difficult and required a part to be obtained, Shane kept me updated and even attended on a Sunday with the spare part, which was excellent

Iwould not hesitate to go back to NAC again if i had a problem, plus the six month guarentee was a bonus
