Very happy with my repair to my electric oven. Came on Tuesday, diagnosed straight away. Ordered parts and was back on the Friday to complete the job. Would highly recommend the company.

The initial call and confirmation text was great. But the timing that we where advised for repair was Friday. But the repair did not happen until Monday.

Could not fault the service we experienced from our NAC engineer (Nathan). We moved into our new house on December 20th only to find that we had been left with what appeared to be a beautiful Smeg range had numerous issues with all of the the ovens. The engineer fixed one only to uncover more issues. After several visits at no extra charge apart from the parts we now have a fully working over. NAC system is faultless. Communication is first class, other repair companies could learn a lot from NAC. Would highly recommend. Thank you
