Sally was very helpful, listened to me, quickly understood the problem with my dishwasher, told me about the charges and that I’d pay that charge today. Also gave a date for the engineer to come ( tomorrow) and how he would advise me of the timings. Sally was professional yet friendly and could not have been more helpful. Thank you Sally.
