From my first contact with the company, when my dishwasher malfunctioned, to the completion of the repair 4 days (and two visits) later (delay caused by waiting for part to arrive)…I felt supported. Communication was excellent both from the initial office contact and from the actual service engineer who kept me updated using a combination of email WhatsApp and SMS. Pricing was fair and transparent. Engineer was pleasant courteous and efficient.

Excellent service from start to finish. My main oven stopped heating I was about to purchase a new cooker but decided to try for repair. From the first phone call to repair I was kept informed of date and was given a time the day before. A new element was all that was needed. I would definitely recommend.

The communication was good in advance, they came at the agreed time. They fixed my issue (dishwasher buttons broken) with no new parts being required and all covered by the call out charge. They were courteous and friendly. I couldn’t be happier with the service.
