I made enquiries with NAC to see if it was possible for someone to provide an independent engineer’s report in relation to a Section 75 claim.
I was informed an engineer would telephone me later that day. Steve Clark contacted me the same day and provided a time he would visit the next day.
Steve was both punctual and polite. He asked relevant questions and inspected the faulty heat pump dryer. He then made a knowledgeable assessment of the dryer and informed me he would provide a written report by the end of the day … which he did!
Steve was also very accommodating when he was asked for further information by the Section 75 team.
I have no hesitation in recommending Steve and would certainly use his skills and experience in future.
