Our very well-used 8-year old Neff electric oven recently packed up. Based on online reviews I called out NAC for a diagnosis/fix. Prompt and efficient initial attention but unfortunately they weren’t able to resolve there and then due to a previous installation issue – absolutely nothing to do with NAC!
I resolved the issue, NAC attended once more, diagnosed the problem and ordered suitable parts. A short wait for them to be delivered and NAC returned to fit and test. Happily all now sorted and I can start cooking again!
Throughout, the engineer gave clear, sensible and realistic information and advice – in the event of another appliance issue NAC will be top of my list!

My dog chewed the door rubber seal of my washing machine and it was leaking. I found this company on google and they sent me an engineer called Paul Williams the very next day to change the seal. He was really professional and he knew what he was doing, he even noticed that my washing machine was not leveled properly, so he went the extra mile and leveled it for me. Im really please with their services and I will use them again in the future.

From the first phone call to your office the receptionist was most helpful and knowledgeable she arranged a engineer to look at the fault once again your engineer was most helpful and pinpointed the fault very quickly parts were ordered and in few days the machine was back up and running very efficient company to deal with
