Phone answered quickly by Kate who was extremely helpful & professional & had the issues with my washing machine booked in very efficiently & explained the next steps for the engineer to msg me with their proposed time of arrival the following day. Upfront payment taken using my phone’s keypad adding a sense of good privacy. Thanks Kate for your help & I’m now keeping my fingers crossed the machine can be saved!

The process of booking a repair was easy. costs explained up front and the communication was excellent . The engineer was smart in company branded workwear, he was polite and his product knowledge was very good.
The fault was checked and identified quickly and the repair completed effectively. A thorough safety check completed and the fridge and area left clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend this company.
