Easy to book, clear communication and they were able to find someone to come out the next day, which was great. They worked with another company to get someone out to us quickly. Engineer was able to fix the issue with our dishwasher, he was friendly and professional, and I would happily work with them again.

An excellent service. Nick was superb. He unblocked the pipes in my 20 year old Miele washing machine so it was no longer leaking from the soap drawer. He gave all the pipes a thorough cleaning and gave a useful tip to clean it once a month on a hot wash with a dishwasher tablet to help remove grease, who knew! He said to run on a quick wash empty afterwards to make sure any future clothes washed are not affected by the dishwasher tablet.
