The engineer came within 24 hours of the request for service. He had texted previously to tell us when he was coming and arrived when he said he would. The fault, a faulty fan oven heating element, was diagnosed and fixed with a part he had with him within 30 minutes. The charge was as advertised.

Aaron visited today to change a light bulb in our top oven. Very efficient and tidy with his work which included taking the oven out and checking it all over with his electrical testing equipment. Would highly recommend NAC
The engineer arrived at the time booked. He was very polite and friendly and analysed the problem immediately and checked that my washing machine was running correctly before leaving.
