They managed to visit on the same day, and fixed the fault quickly. Really good service, friendly and efficient, and will definitely be using again.
Engineer was prompt and found the issue. He explained thoroughly and a quote to repair was received. Unfortunately the quote for the parts was very high and with the £90 call out charge on top, we decided it was more cost effective to purchase a new machine.
