Following a fault on our Miele Washing Machine we contacted NAC. Daniel came the following day, Thursday 8/9/22 and assessed the problem – a new temperature sensor was required. The part was ordered and fitted on Wednesday 14/9/22. We have been most impressed by Daniel’s support, his pleasant manner and efficient work skills; the efficiency of the company and the Call Centre staff, particularly Michaela. We would certainly recommend the company.
