The whole experience with NAC was great. I booked easily online for a cooker repair. The communication was great and the engineer, Aaron, confirmed the appointment the day before and then I got a text just before he arrived. He was brilliant. Friendly, helpful and explained everything. He finished the job quickly and there was no mess for us to clear up.
