Nik arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, took action and resolved it. He is a very impressive person – as judged by a fellow Scot!

Daniel was here at a good time, very pleasant and efficient! Fixed my blockage with no issues, did a couple of electrical tests for good measure and went on his way! I have my washing machine back!
Our kitchen extractor fan stopped working. Called NAC who gave a very quick appointment and kept us well informed of the time of arrival. Very efficient and quickly discovered it was our error !!
My engineer was punctual, friendly and helpful. He diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the replacement parts, and returned to fit them after about 10 days.
Maybe if your appliance isn’t expensive it would work out cheaper to just replace it but my freezer is only 7 years old and we were more than happy to repair it. Call out charge £90, parts £145.
I would recommend fully.
The engineer was excellent he explained everything clearly and got to the problem thank you Chris.
Fridge failed, initial response time very quick. Parts required found quickly but had to chase a second visit.
However parts fitted and fridge restored satisfactorily.
Excellent service👍
Very timely and thorough. Fixed with parts from the van, thank you.
Fridge freezer issue. Engineer arrived at the property, checked the appliance and confirmed that there were no issues with it.
Good service and friendly engineer.
Great service as always
Efficient and prompt response to the initial call; engineer made sure the appointment was still okay the day before. The engineer arrived promptly and was very courteous and keen to resolve the issue. Discussion, a check of the washing machine proved the “fault” most likely down to operator error; which I agreed.
