My husband contacted NAC as my mum had lost her ring in the washing machine. At the time of the booking we were informed that we might not have an engineer accept the job. Luckily that same day one of the engineers rang me and said the time time of when they will see us.

They were efficient, knowledgeable and understood the sentimental value of my mums ring. And when they finished, they made sure everything was working and back in place.

My mum was very pleased to have her ring returned to her. We definitely recommend NAC!

Kept informed of arrival time. Engineer very pleasant and helpful. Appliance couldn’t be repaired but he explained why.

When I rang NAC, the call was answered quickly & I was reassured that an engineer would be out the same day. I was informed about the callout charge & parts.
Soon after, the engineer (Andrew) rang to say he’d be there after 2pm – great that I didn’t need to wait in all day. He rang again later to say he was on his way.
Andrew was very polite & soon identified the problem. He made the repair & checked that everything was working correctly.
Payment was made easily using his card machine. He explained about the guarantee & the email I’d receive.

Range cooker has been repaired. The main oven, the smaller oven and the main gas hob did not work. The engineer came and fixed the problems at a reasonable price. I now have a fully working range cooker. The engineer was polite and he explained what he doing.

David came to repair my oven today and was brilliant. Not only did he repair my oven but he also explained some of the different functions on the oven that I didn’t realise were there! I would definitely recommend nac without hesitation.

The engineer Aaron was very knowledgeable and managed to identify the issue with our oven straight away. It was fixed quickly and then he was on his way! Highly recommend using this service.

Clear Choice Appliances arrived at the specified time and explained that the necessary part to repair our Fagor oven is no longer available. I was aware that the company had gone bust not long after the oven was installed 10 years ago. They ordered a new oven the same day and installed it 3 days later. Prompt service at a reasonable price
