Arrived within allocated slot. Very quickly found the problem and was able to fix it without having to order parts.
The tumble dryer stopped tumbling at the weekend.
I only use it to dry bedding and towels.
I rang this company and received a call back after the initial conversation someone would be coming between 3-5pm.
Two guys turned up within the time stated and serviced and sorted out the problem very quickly and efficiently.
I am so pleased with the result and such courteous and pleasant guys too.

I was able to book my repair on a day that suited me and was given a time slot, the engineer Tom arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part which came very quickly. Tom came back installed the part and the job was done with no drama whatsoever I can’t fault the service from NAC. and no surprises with the price either.
