Polite/speedy& reassuring

Quick diagnosis, and turn-around from supplier warehouse on in-stock part. The NAC technician was professional, friendly, and helpful. Hopefully I won’t need their services again, but if I do have anything go wrong with my appliances, I’m definitely calling them!

Phone call warning 25 minutes ahead of arriving, both men pleasant and very capable. Diagnosed and sorted my problem very ably, no mess and 2 extra small jobs kindly done at the same time.
Only criticism not about work or workers but I would have liked a shorter time slot quoted ahead of time – a 7 hour slot was a bit excessive especially as it was a text requiring Yes or No answer

Overall fast and efficient

Dan was really efficient and got the problem with our washer fixed professionally whilst being great with my 2 inquisitive kids and telling them what he was doing and entertaining them with his tales of shark dives. We were given help when we were not able to accept an appointment and times were rearranged quickly and efficiently. Many thanks
