Arrived same day and fixed problem with fridge freezer, two men came out – assume one was training the other but both took time to explain the issue and what the resolution is. Only call out charge applied as no parts needed. Would use again if need any repairs
Very impressed that they came out on the same day as my phone call. Although they were unable to repair my oven on the day, information on what would happen and when was detailed and accurate. My oven was repaired within a week. Would definitely use again.

Completed the online form and got a call late afternoon by their team. They had a cancellation and asked if l still needed an engineer. I did, so an engineer sent out. He arrived within an hour, couldn’t repair it but the advice and service was excellent…
My repair to washing machine was done quickly and professionally.
The engineer who fixed my washing machine was amazing. Christopher was polite, patient and took time to mend the washing machine.
