I wasn’t sure what had gone wrong with my oven, but the whole process was really straightforward from the initial booking through to payment. The engineer arrived on time, was professional throughout, and quickly identified the issue as a faulty heating element. Although the part wasn’t available on the first visit, it was ordered straight away and fitted just a few days later. The oven is now back up and running. Great service, I would definitely recommend.

Fast efficient service

Perfect. Engineer pleasant, capable. Organisation of ordering repair, given timings, checking times and arrival, brilliant. As I live in flat with allocated parking, engineerc checked where he should park,so as not to upset residents. Very considerate. Job done perfectly with no mess. This was very good considering washer was full of water and washing. All in all a brilliant job.

Sally was polite and helpful in dealing with my enquiry. It was good to be able to speak to a person for a change. The whole experience was a positive one. Thank you.

Microwave switching itself off after 15s. NAC team where easy to deal with and very helpful on the phone. Engineer obviously very knowledgeable. Issue diagnosed quickly, parts ordered and fixed a few days later. Highly recommend and will use again.

Efficient and effective!

Our Samsung f/s fridge/freezer had broken down.We
could not contact our usual company for this type of
work.My wife found a t/p number for NACrepairs who
we then called.Their engineer came the same day Sta and
quickly identified the problem. The replacement part
was sourced fairly quickly and all is now well.The
communication
from NAC was brilliant as was their staff.
