We were very pleased with our whole experience with NAC. We were messaged the night before with a window of time when Chris, our engineer, would call and this was to be between 8 and 1pm. We were told we would be fourth on his list. On the day, he messaged again when he was on his way. This was all very helpful. Once he arrived, he undertook a very thorough inspection of our appliance which was reassuring. We would definitely use NAC again.

I recently had freezer problems , so contacted NAC , the lady who answered the call ( Yvonne ) was very friendly and helpful ,she spoke clearly , and explained charges etc before she went on to book me an appointment, also telling me the name of my repair man ( Casey) .
The evening before my appointment I was contacted to let me know my appointment time slot.
Casey arrived on time , and was also incredibly friendly helpful and professional, as my freezer was quite old and the replacement part was very expensive , we decided between us that it wasn’t an option to replace the part , and I loved that Casie didn’t try to persuade me otherwise .
I will definitely use this company again well done NAC

Rapid response to enquiry. Very competent engineer rapidly identified the fault and the parts required. Price for parts received in 24 hours and we were kept informed on expected availability of parts. The engineer came within days of the parts being available and completed the repair. Very competent and I was particularly pleased to see he had a trainee with him. He was a nice young man and very happy to be doing a worthwhile job and meeting people .
We liked the fixed price given at the first enquiry.

I called at 09.20 in the morning and had a technician out with me the same day. Hayden was thorough in his checks and got the dishwasher working again that day. He was polite and efficient. The people I spoke to on the phone were also really helpful. I would use again.
