The Engineer Jonathan explained exactly what he was doing and what the problem was and how it could be repaired. He came back a few days later with the part.Once again he checked every think over and tested the new part to in sure it worked and all was safe. Excellent

I wasn’t sure what had gone wrong with my oven, but the whole process was really straightforward from the initial booking through to payment. The engineer arrived on time, was professional throughout, and quickly identified the issue as a faulty heating element. Although the part wasn’t available on the first visit, it was ordered straight away and fitted just a few days later. The oven is now back up and running. Great service, I would definitely recommend.
