Easy booking service and quick appointment offered. Engineer kept in touch throughout with both me as landlord and my tenant at property both before and after his visit. Very helpful and efficient engineer. Solved problem quickly and explained everything.

Can’t fault them. Requested a visit from the website, I was updated and booked in with a flash, had a message from the engineer with a date and time about an hour later. Overall, pretty tops and Ken, my engineer, was a right giggle. Highly recommend.
Quick call return when stated, and I was allocated a same day repair which was quickly done by the engineer with no fuss or problems. The part needed was already in his van so it was all done in 30mins.

Excellent service from NAC I could not be happier. The fan on my main oven decided to stop working and after a quick search on Google I came across NAC and I’m extremely happy I did. One quick phone call to them and I was booked in and a service engineer came and diagnosed the problem and a new part was ordered all within 72 hours, with WhatsApp and email messages keeping me well up to date on the cost and when the engineer would be back to fit the part. Within the following week the same very polite and smart young man came back and fitted the new fan tested the over and had all put back and cleaned up in less than an hour. I am more than happy to recommend NAC and will be definitely using them again should I have any unforseen problems in the future with any of my kitchen appliances.
Booking the appointment with Sally was effortless. A few questions to answer about our cooker and the repair needed, an AM or PM call was discussed for the following day. Payment over the phone and then a text message later that evening to confirm our preferred time, so we were all done. Jamie arrived on time to assess the problem and explained clearly what needed doing and we were happy to have him back once parts were ordered. He then completed the repair efficiently and our oven/grill now works.
Spoke with Lisa to organise a call out for a repair to our Falcon range cooker Lisa was polite efficient and helpful and instills confidence Hopefully the follow through service and repair will live up to expectations !
