Repair took 2 visits, one to identify the problem and get part on order. Second visit engineer arrived on time as arranged, fitted new part, tested machine, everything good. Done and dusted within 10 minutes. Very pleased with service, would definitely recommend NAC. Great communication the day before to let us know approx time engineer would arrive, he then phoned 30 minutes before his arrival to check everything okay.
