Very helpful engineer who arrived on time the day after my call. The leak from my Miele washing machine was fixed without the need for new parts and within the cost of the call-out fee. Excellent service and good value.
Engineer was on time. He diagnosed the fault and repaired it quickly. In addition, he advised us what to do when the door locked and we were unable to open it. We were happy with the entire process – very satisfactory. We would use him again.

Michael fixed my washing machine the day after I booked in my complaint. Although I suspected a drainage pump issue, he had a good look and discovered the issue with the outlet hose. Called before he came as well. Overall highly recommended.
