The engineer kept up great Comms and charged us exactly what we were quoted and to our amazement came stocked with parts to sort our problem in one visit and charged a completely fair and reasonable price for the parts. NAC will be our first call for any white goods issues we have in the future

Great service, technician knew what was wrong in a few minute with our Samsung washer/dryer and the repair was quick too.
Made a booking for the day after I phoned. Engineer contacted me to say he could call in that day. Took a look. Did half the job, as it needed time for the glue to cure, and returned the following day to complete it. Very happy with the service. Would use again.
