The engineer was polite and tidy found the problem, informed us we needed parts, company quoted price for repair. Engineer returned fitted parts and appliance was repaired all without fuss.

Chris made 2 visits to fix my Cannon cooker. He was a really friendly, informative and efficient engineer who kept me fully aware of what he was doing to correct the faults.

What made this company so good was they did what they said they would do at the price they said it would cost on the day they said they would do the repair. The engineer was exceptional so much that I feel we have found a company we can trust with our household repairs. The engineer arrived on time and the initial communication was brilliant including checking our machines details to make sure the correct parts were ordered.
When he arrived he made an excellent job of repairing our dishwasher.

The website is clear and the confirmation immediate. I booked the wrong date, so rang the company and was given a new date straight away. The engineer confirmed his visit on the day, and he came within the time-slot given. He was professional, amiable, efficient and explained what was wrong, what he was doing to correct it and how I might avoid the problem in future.
