We contacted NAC when our integrated microwave stopped working. They were able to come out to us within 2 working days. Coby quickly found the fault and we were given a quote to repair it the same day. The parts were ordered and it was fixed within a week. We were very pleased with the whole service we received from NAC from start to finish and would highly recommend and use again.
Excellent visit. Given the appointment time the afternoon before. Paul arrived dead on 8 am as promised. Sorted out all our problems with ignition. He could not repair the timer permanently which cannot be solved without buying a new cooker. Not doing that.
From finding the number of NAC on google, making the call and explaining the problem with my NEFF oven to having the repair/replacement parts fitted was a fast, professional and smooth process. The friendly and reassuring lady who took my call to engineer Dylan arriving when he said he would, provided me with an efficient and polite service.
