The engineer managed to fix the dishwasher which had been broken for some time, which save us getting a new one. He was very polite and explained the issue clearly.

The person I spoke to on the telephone was polite and efficient and was able to arrange for someone to visit very quickly (Next day) I was expecting possibly next week!
Only reviewing the call handler, as the local engineer hasn’t visited yet – but the response was friendly and helpful, they clearly described the cost and the service that we can expect. Hopefully the engineer is up to the same standard!
