We have a very old Miele Dishwasher (circa. 2005). It has worked perfectly ever since purchase, until a few days ago. Being Miele, we expected to have to pay a lot of money to get it on its feet again.

I rang NAC on the 3rd October 2023. A very professional receptionist answered the phone and politely fixed me up with an appointment on the 5th October
On the 5th, the local engineer arrived, on time. (Darren) who was very congenial and got down to business immediately. Found the problem was the non-return valve had got some food wedged inside it, hence why the machine was not draining and therefore stopping part cycle.
The dishwasher is now working as before and all it cost me was the £96 call-out charge. The engineer was honest(!) and NAC very efficient. I cannot see how you can ask for more.
Will definitely use NAC again.
