contacted NAC who put me in contact with East Coast appliences who were very good came on time fixed machine clean and tidy

The story of extremes.He was 6ft+and young, I was 5ft and old. He was pleasant and explained what he was doing and why. A new computer part was needed. I was told how much it would cost and when it would be convenient to replace it. A few days later it was all fixed and as good as new. Great. What more could you ask for?

Easy to organise visit Engineer arrived in the designated time slot and checked out our gas cooker to see if the electrics in the cooker were tripping the fuse in our fuse box

Continued communication with the engineer regarding arrival time. Issue with washing machine would’ve been very costly to repair so was advised to purchase a new one. Would definitely use again. Thank you.

Very friendly technician, who solved the problem with our cooker.
He arrived very promptly, and the cost of parts and labour was reasonable.

Really easy to book, the repair guy called me to arrange a time and date to suit me. On the day he called me to tell me he was on the way, he arrived early, did the repairs. Lovely friendly guy, really happy with this service
