Continued communication with the engineer regarding arrival time. Issue with washing machine would’ve been very costly to repair so was advised to purchase a new one. Would definitely use again. Thank you.

Really easy to book, the repair guy called me to arrange a time and date to suit me. On the day he called me to tell me he was on the way, he arrived early, did the repairs. Lovely friendly guy, really happy with this service

Very friendly & efficient service. The lady who answered my call listened to my queries and the offered me an appointment with an engineer the following morning. He introduced himself by SMS & kept me posted the next day as to his ETA.
