I have to say that NAC is everything that the reviewers claim about the company …and more. I was delighted with the efficiency and standard of workmanship carried out by Josh.

The engineer was prompt, fixed the problem quickly and explained exactly what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it.

Really good experience. We had the engineer round within 24hours of calling. He disagnosed the problem, explained what was needed, had the part ordered and then came over to install it within a few days and our washing machine works again. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

The story of extremes.He was 6ft+and young, I was 5ft and old. He was pleasant and explained what he was doing and why. A new computer part was needed. I was told how much it would cost and when it would be convenient to replace it. A few days later it was all fixed and as good as new. Great. What more could you ask for?
