Quick, efficient service. Kris Hey was the engineer that found the issue with the ice maker in our fridge freezer and resolved it. He was very professional . Would definitely use NAC again. The whole process was excellent from the first communication to the fixing of the appliance.

Very good and quick response and repair. Even tho the engineer was sick so had to wait couple days as it is understandable still got it done pretty quickly and wasn’t that expensive as well. Had 3 visits all together and had to pay only for the parts that he exchanged.

All way through booking the engineer and the engineer carrying out the repair to my washer/dryer was done courteously and professionally. The engineer was exceptional and very honest. I would definitely recommend

Excellent experience using NAC to repair my electric oven and fitting replacement part. All communications were prompt, friendly and clear. The engineer Danny Pagden arrived as promised and was very efficient and competent. I would use this company again and fully commend them.
