We could make an appointment quickly and easily. The booking system was easy to use and confirmed the appointment details. The repair man came on time and straight away identified the fault on our tumble dryer. The system allowed us to easily order the part and the same repair man came when he said he would to fix the machine. It’s all working well. Would definitely use this service again.

when british gas come out and said the parts was obsolete, obviously not !!! They took my money for doing nothing,
when your guys from all 5 come out and said no problem we can get the parts and fix it for you .I just want to say a big thanks to them for doing a wonderful job, and the team from all 5 that keep my inform all the way.
