From the moment I called NAC customer service listened to what I said and listened to the fridge/freezer noise down the phone. The engineer was great, he kept me in the loop even though the part was delivered late due to transit issues. All working, fingers crossed that all is well for many years to come. First time we used NACrepair . They answered the phone straight away and offered an engineer the next day which we were not expecting .

Price was fair , Engineer was professional and best of all not sucking in of air , sighing , moaning about the job that you often get . Smiled got on with it fixed the issue with our cooker and even made a positive comment about the make/model .
