Surprised by the service levels ! Phone answered within 2 rings , I didn’t need to repeat / spell out my address etc the call agent was listening , polite and responsive and made it easier . Text and email after the call restating the price . Engineer called within the hour to agree. Day to visit . Engineer stated the time of the day and was helpful and professional . Payment via card . Genuinely surprised that an internet search lead me to an outstanding service !

I rang and someone came the same day. The engineer was polite and got on with the job. It was all sorted within a couple of hours. I was very happy with the service and would certainly use them again.

The engineer was friendly, thorough, regarding my problem. The embarrassing thing was that inadvertently, the switch on the wall had been turned off. Fortunately no actual repair was needed or new machine or parts had to be purchased!!

Fantastic service. The engineer was polite and cheerful. Nice to see someone with a smile. Quickly found the fault and ordered in the parts I needed. Returned within a couple of days at no extra charge 😄 This company do what they say and don’t charge service charge again if they have to come back. Very professional company.
