The company website was easy to use. I was contacted very quickly by phone – so good to speak to a real person ~ and the appointment arranged. The engineer arrived on time and solved the problem. He explained how our microwave oven works and what was wrong. It was good to know that! A very pleasant encounter. We will certainly use NAC again.
Company responded very quickly to my online enquiry regarding my washing machine not working! Booked in for the next day which was a bonus. The engineer arrived on time, got straight I diagnosing the machine which ended up needing a new part. Order straight and arrived within a few day, engineer came straight back out fix and now i have a working washing machine. I will now only be using these guys for repairs on my household appliance

Fantastically efficient experience from start to finish. Broken fridge freezer, engineer came round same day, diagnosed issue in 5mins, ordered parts and has it fixed within two working days. Happy with cost. Good company.
