The engineer explained the situation clearly.He showed me the part needing replaced in Smeg oven and the cost involved.
I agreed to repair and he advised estimated time to delivery and call back.My fridge/freezer had also packed between phoning engineer and his arrival to fit the part.He examined it free of charge,diagnosed the problem and advised that the repair would be too expensive and suggested that a new fridge was definately best option.

From initial contact the full experience was one of full professionalism, understanding and excellent communications throughout. Once the appointment had been made, further communication received from the engineer to re-confirm time and date, he arrived on time, was very friendly and courteous, explaining exactly what he was going to do…fixed everything perfectly; couldn’t ask for better service. The enginner advised ETA, gave me 30 min notice as I requested, arrived on time and provided solution to the problem. He was punctual, polite, courteous and knowledgeable.
