When I phoned I was greeted by a person, not a machine. A day was agreed for the repair , on the day prior to the repair a time slot was sent to which one ticks “y” or “n” . I had to tick “n” and immediately I was called to rearrange the time.
The fault was a “one off ” but Danny covered all possibilities and confirmed with his manager via video.
I have used NAC before and am very confident in their expertise.
The cost was acceptable, especially the distance Danny had to cover.
I understand NAC does a lot of work in my area, although not a local firm, which must say a lot for the customer satisfaction .
