Good service turned up on time. Was advised about half hr before when he would be with me. Very knowledgeable, sorted the problem Very quickly. Arrived and gone within the hour.
Quick response and the engineer was polite, efficient and explained the problem clearly and succinctly, giving good advice in a sympathetic manner which was much appreciated!
Helen was very friendly, gave me some to explain the issues with the washer dryer and offered a same day call out. Although I was unable to take the same day due to other commitments it was refreshing to be offered one when I had expected to be told I would have to wait for a week or two!
