We had a issue with oor ice maker, I contacted NAC and from the beginning I knew it was a professional company, I was kept up to date with news on the day and time my technician would arrive, The technician arrived on time and was able to sort our problem quickly and at a very reasonable price. Easy to book an appointment online and the terms and conditions were clearly outlined. There is a very competitive call out fee which covers all labour so no hidden costs, engineer gives a date and time for the appointment and turns up in the given time frame. I would most certainly use NAC again should the occasion arise
