The process ( I gave them a call, but could have arranged online) was very easy, had someone check out the oven the following day, repair carried out a few days later when parts were delivered. All very efficient, prices were transparent and reasonable, very happy with the service.

Polite staff,quick to answer,engineer was on the road and came within 15minutes of me talking to the company. Clean and efficient and diagnosed the issue quickly. Although they never had the part on the van they will email the cost of the part and if ok will return and fit free of charge 5*
