I was impressed with this company. They mended a faulty fan oven for us. They kept us informed all the way through the process, so I wasn’t hanging around all day waiting for an engineer. Darren the engineer was efficient , friendly and competent. A nice change! Would recommend.
NAC kept us informed by text and email throughout the process. The engineering was very knowledgeable about our Dishwasher product and quickly diagnosed the fault. The faulty part was ordered and the same engineer came back to fit it.
I alerted NAC on a Friday about a blocked washing machine. They offered an appointment for the following Monday and confirmed it with a time slot on Sunday. The friendly and competent engineer arrived within the time slot and solved the problem, testing the machine afterwards. A standard fee was charged. Fully satisfied! I can recommend them.

Washer seal needed replacing. Contacted NAC appointment made for 2 days. This was fantastic. I was sent a text with ETA and initial appointment was on time.
Part needed ordering which took 4 working days and again I was contacted by text with my appointment. The same operative arrived and fitted part. Very polite friendly and knowledgeable. Great job done . Would highly recommend.
Great service
Faisal from the Slough area was great. Quickly identified the fault and was willing to respond to my questions and whether it was worth purchasing 2nd hand parts. Repair was done professionally and he even offered to wipe down after. I would thoroughly recommend Faisal and NAC after my first experience with them!
